If you own a property that you rent as self-catering tourist accommodation then you may be affected by the planned Control Zone in Badenoch & Strathspey. GrowBiz will be joined by Jane Shepherd MRTPI, from The Town Planner to give you information about the proposals and what you’ll need to do.

If you’re registered for Income Tax Self-Assessment and have turnover / income from rented properties of more than £10,000 you will need to use Making Tax Digital software from April 2024 for bookkeeping and upload information quarterly to HMRC.
